| '''Hitoe Arakaki''' (Arakaki Hitoe, 新垣仁絵, born April 7, 1981 in Okinawa, Japan) was the oldest member of the JPop group, [[SPEED]], which disbanded in 2000. She is from Okinawa, and is also known purely by her first name, '''HITOE'''.

| After the group split she went to study dancing abroad in New York City. When her return to Japan, she resumed her music career as a solo artist on the Avex label where she has released a couple singles and a full album.
