On August 7th, 2010 it was announced that Yumehito, Takehito, Intetsu, and Kenzo had all left the original Ayabie making Aoi the only member. The four recent former members revealed their new band with the almost identical name, AYABIE, on September 17th. Their first live was titled Aki no Kanshasai '10 and was held on October 22nd at Shibuya O-EAST. At that event, their first release Hi-Fi (Demo-mix) was distributed. Later that year, they released their first full album Virgin Snow Color -2nd season-.
