Melocure (メロキュア) was a duo composed of Hinata Megumi and Okazaki Ritsuko that formed in 2001.
On May 5, 2004, at the age of 44, Okazaki suddenly passed away of septic shock (infection of the blood), effectively disbanding the group. However in late 2005, Melocure released one more single called "Home & Away" that featured only Hinata, before ending indefinitely.
