GUNIW TOOLS was a Japanese band formed in 1989 by FULL as GUNIW. In 1992, bassist Jake joined the band and they changed the name to GUNIW TOOLS. In 1994, Asaki joined as a session guitarist (he later became an official member). Their debut album was released in 1996. A year later, Jake decided to leave the band.
In 2000, group went on hiatus.
