Public Sentiment is the second mini-album released by Heisei Ishin. It is the first mini-album released in consecutive months, with Utsukushiki Kodou being the second. This was released in two different versions: a CD+DVD edition (Type A) and a CD only edition (Type B). Type A comes with a DVD of the PV for track #2 from the mini-album MODS, while Type B comes with a bonus track. Both types comes with an album version of their song "THE BUTTERFLY" from the single "Shelter". This is a limited release having only 3,000 copies.
