The lead singer of the group, Daichi, was dubbed "Japan's Smallest Soulman". The group's singles contain original songs but also covered songs by groups like The Jackson 5 with the songs ABC and I Want You Back.
In 2000, a spin-off group called Folder5 debuted with the five female members of the group.
