Toward the end of junior high Fukui had formed a band with her friends and was in charge of drums. At the age 18, she had aspire to become a professional singer and was then the vocalist of the band and starting writing her own lyrics. Her first song written, [[Lucky]]. After releasing two albums, Fukui left to become a solo artist in 2006.
