MAICO was born October 13, 1985 in Aichi Prefecture. In 2007, she became one of the singers in CHERRYBLOSSOM. Although the group has met with some successes (notably through the use of many of their songs for the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn!) CHERRYBLOSSOM split in June 2010 after their last concert at the Diamond Hall. After a period of silence, MAICO returned with her first solo album called Life Is Special. Combining poetic ballads and catchy melodies. She put on an impressive wonderfully unforgettable lyric once listened to more than just a catchy melody and pop "Lyrical GIRL".
