"Suteki na Nichiyoubi (Gyu Gyu Good Day)" is the solo debut single released by Ashida Mana. The title track was used as "Seven & I Holdings" commercial song and as the ending theme song for the TV program Shimuraken. The single was released in two versions: a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD-only edition. The single reached #4 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 17 weeks.
