"Sign" is the first single released by Ray. The tittle track was used as the opening theme for the anime Ano Natsu De Matteru.

There are three versions of "Sign" to be found in Ray's discography. These are:

Sign <TV Size>: Found on "Sign <TV Size>" single as track #1. This is the TV Size version of the song.
Sign: Found on "Sign" single as track #1. This is the main version set to the PV.
Sign (instrumental): Found on "Sign" single as track #3. This is the standard version except without vocals.
