Kiseki no Kakera is the ninth full album released by Atari Kousuke and third major label-released album. The album is notable for seeing Atari Kousuke attempt different musical styles, including the lite dance-pop track Flying so High. The limited CD+DVD edition contains music videos for the preceding singles.
The album reached #76 on the Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of three weeks.
