Shimotsuki Haruka (霜月はるか) is a Japanese pop-doujin singer-songwriter. She is known for providing theme songs for Atelier Iris and Ar tonelico series. Shimotsuki is also a member of Japanese pop duo kukui and a supporting member of Sound Horizon.

Has also been part of two doujin circles known as Maple Leaf and tieLeaf, which are currently inactive because of Shimotsuki being more focused in her professional career.
