"Kiri no Mukou ni Tsunagaru Sekai" is the second commercial single released by Shimotsuki Haruka and a collaboration single between her and Revo of Sound Horizon. The tracks were used as theme song and insert songs for the video game Atelier Iris ~Grand Fantasm~. The single reached #32 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for four weeks, selling 6,391 copies.
