"Hachigatsu no Yoru" is the tenth single released by Silent Siren. It comes in three versions: a limited CD+DVD edition (A), a limited CD only edition that comes with a special booklet, and a regular CD only edition. The title track was used as the CM song for the "Vantan Design Kenkyuujo Summer Seminar", while the song "secret base ~Kimi ga Kureta Mono~" was used as the ending theme for the drama "Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai".
