Sel'm is Japanese rock band from Tokyo founded in 2004. Their music sounds more aggressive than other visual kei bands.

Group disbanded in 2011 after vocalist Tora and guitarist Nagi had left. They came back in 2012 with two new members: vocalist Ryuga and guitarist John.
