"Shichigatsu no Tomodachi" is Kumaki Anri's ninth single. The title track was used as the opening theme song for the drama Kiseki no Dobutsuen 2007 while "Asahi no Chikai" was used as the ending theme song. "Asahi no Chikai" was also used as UNIQLO Wide Leg CM theme song. The single reached #80 on Oricon charts, and charted for 2 weeks.
