SICKS PAIN 〜SICKS RAIN 2nd press ver.〜 is the revamped version of Sicks_Rain after the official album went sold out on the online store of Starwave Records, it was limited to 1,000 copies as all albums from Starwave Records are. All of the old songs from their old album, Sicks_Rain were remastered and two new songs were added, "Zengiaihi" and "Doukoku no kiba".

• "Doukoku no kiba" contains a majority of the melodies that were in the song "Sanctuary" from their older album Seimei no Shuen, it is mainly similar except the vocals changed.
