Moments is Hamasaki Ayumi's 32nd single, and the first to be offered in both (CD) and (CD+DVD) versions. The song Moments was never meant for release. Ayu recorded a short version to be used in her final commercial for the Kose Visee endorsements she was doing. Members of her fan club, TeamAyu, loved the song so much that she finished the lyrics, rerecorded the song, and released it as a single. There are differences between the full version and the Visee CM version, and a full-length version of the Visee version has never been released.
