"Good-bye days" is the sixth single (fifth major label single) released by YUI. The title track was used as the theme song for the movie Taiyou no Uta, in which YUI played the lead role of Amane Kaoru. The b-side, "Skyline", was also used for the movie as an insert song. "It's happy line", is actually the title track of her first single, which was an indie release. It reached the #3 on the weekly Oricon chart, and charted for forty four weeks, selling 241,873 copies.
