"Nakigao Smile" is the debut single released by hinaco. The title track was used as the theme song for the drama Mother. The first press of the single came with a "hina-key" that grants customers access to "hinaco Room" on the Internet. PC users could watch a preview of the PV and making clips for hinaco's second single, "101 Nengo", and cellphone users could download a short version of the PV as a ringtone.
