OOM is a Japanese pop band. OOM started after Ohka Yoshinobu held a search for members for his new band and found Ohkusu and Mochizuki through audition. In 2005, the band released their first mini-album, entitled "REVOLVER", under a indies label. The band also released their first major label album, entitled "OOM", four years later. But, after that release, OOM decided to go on a indefinite hiatus.
