"BIRTH" is the major debut and eighth overall single released by D. This was released in three different versions: a limited CD+DVD only edition, a limited CD only edition, and the regular CD only edition. All editions contain the title song, its instrumental, and the B-side song "Musouka". Limited edition B comes with the song "Rebellion", while the regular edition comes with the song "Solid heart". Limited edition A comes with a DVD of the title song's PV. The first presses of either edition grants one randomly chosen out of a possible seven trading cards. The single reached #8 on the major Oricon chart, where it charted for four weeks.
