Information

Miyoshi Eiji was introduced in the world of music when he became a singer after being scouted for his good looks. Years later in 1972, he would release the single Ame, becoming his first huge hit. At the end of the year, he would win various of awards including the Rookie of the Year award for the 14th Annual Japan Record Awards. He would also appear on the end of the year program Kouhaku Uta Gassen in 1973 with the song "Maruyama Kagai Haha no Machi".
