"Hikari no Naka e" is the third single (first CD single) released by JUJU. Since the single was her first released on CD, it is often referred to as her debut single. The title track is a jazz tune, unlike JUJU's later R&B work. Track #2 is a remix of her second vinyl single, "INFATUATION". Track #3 is a cover of Janet Jackon's song of the same name. This single did not chart on the weekly Oricon chart.
