Maxi-Single

A maxi-single (almost completely unique to Japan) is a single with 5 to 8 songs on it. The extra 3 to 5 songs are typically various remixes or otherwise alternate versions of the main songs (usually the first two or three) or previously released songs. A good example would be Koda Kumi's 4 Hot Wave.
