HEART STATION is Utada Hikaru's 5th Japanese studio album. Like the last albums, HEART STATION debuted at #1 on the Oricon charts, but sold only 480,011 copies, the lowest first week sales for her thus far. Despite this, it still managed to beat ULTRA BLUE's sales by about 100,000 copies, reaching the one-million mark. On top of this, HEART STATION had accumulated over 15 million digital sales, being the most downloaded album in Japan in 2008. That year, it was the 5th best selling album in Japan.
