"Miseinen no Shuchou" is the debut single released by Arc. It is the studio version of the demo released a month before. Miseinen (魅成年) is a pun on the word for not of age (未成年 ). This was a limited release having only 1,000 copies. All three tracks were later re-recorded for the mini-album Natsumelo Mix.
