"Miseinen no Shuchou" is the debut single released by Arc ~Otona ni Naritakunai Kodomo-tachi~. It is their first self-released single, and is the studio version of the demo distributed on September 14th at OSAKA MUSE. The word "miseinen" (魅成年) is a pun on the word for not of age (未成年 ). This was a limited release having only 1,000 copies. All three tracks were later re-recorded for their debut mini-album Natsumelo Mix.
