CLAP & LOVE / Why is ayaka's seventh single. CLAP & LOVE was used as the dorama Jigoku no Sata mo Yome Shidai's theme song (first airing on July 5th, 2007) while Why was used as the theme song to the Square Enix game CRISIS CORE -FINAL FANTASY VII-. It was released in three versions: a first press version featuring a rare CRISIS CORE sticker, a regular version, and later on on September 12th, 2007 as a limited edition CD+DVD single. The first press version features the same cover as the regular version. The CD+DVD version features the name Why / CLAP & LOVE instead of the regular title.
