"Taisetsu na Anata" is Matsuda Seiko's 32nd single. The title track was used as theme song for Matsuda's self-starred dorama Watashitte Busu Dattano?. The single reached #7 on Oricon charts, charted for 14 weeks and sold nearly 400,000 copies.
