Leyona's Greatest Groovin' is Leyona's first best album. It was released to commemorate her 5th anniversary and it was her last release with Sony Music Entertainment until the release of another best album in 2009, Sea ~10th Anniversary Best.
It reached #47 on the Oricon charts and charted for six weeks.
