Takahashi Mie (1980s)

Takahashi Mie (高橋美枝) is a Japanese lyrics and former pop idol singer. Takahashi got her break in show business when she won a chance to become an idol on the TV audition show Star Tanjou!. She made her musical debut in 1993 with the single "Hitoribocchi wa Kirai" under the label CBS Sony. A year later, she became a regular member on the NHK show Let's Go Young.
