"Tougenkyou / Lights, Camera. Action!" is the tenth single released by HALCALI. This single is the first double a-side release for HALCALI. "Tougenkyou" was written and produced by HONESTY, who first worked with HALCALI on the Ongaku no Susume track "Densetsu no Futari". This track is described as HALCALI's first rock tune with a full band. "Lights, Camera. Action!" was used as the opening theme song for the anime Getsumento Heiki Mina. First press came with stickers. The single peaked #87 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for three weeks.
