BADKIZ (배드키즈) is a Korean pop girl group that debuted in 2014 under Zoo Entertainment.

Debut and departures

BADKIZ promoting "BABOMBA" (2014)

Badkiz debuted on May 14, 2014 on Show Champion with their single Gwitbangmangi. A few months after debuting, the departure of Eunjoo and Yeun Ji was announced. Yeun Ji left the group for unknown reasons and Eun Joo joined the Zenith agency debuting in Luluz and later in Wanna.B under the stage name Eunsom. The group made comeback on November 13 with two new members called Hana and Yoomin with the song BABOMBA.

2015: More member changes

In March 2015, Yoomin announced that he would leave Badkiz. The group appeared in Dream Team with a new member named Lua, after that Jina, Hana and Bom Bom left the group, Jina left to become a soloist under the name of Jina U and Bom Bom and Hana left the group for unknown reasons . On August 7, the group returned with two new members called K.Me and Haneul with the song Iriro.

2016: More member changes

In May 2016, Haneul's departure was announced. Later, two new members called U-si and Somin joined the group. The group returned on August 15 with the song Hothae. In November Lua's departure was announced due to the fact that he had a car accident and had to recover, she did not rule out the possibility that in the future she would re-enter the group. On November 21 the group returned with a remake of their debut song titled Gwitbangmangi 2, in this comeback a new member named Duna who was a member of Hotties under the name of Hyena.

2017

On November 8, ZOO Entertainment released a statement mentioning that members U-Si and Duna would leave BADKIZ for health and personal reasons. At the same time in the statement the company reported that the group was working hard for its next release. After the release, the different accounts in the social networks of BADKIZ were edited showing only the remaining 3 members of BADKIZ; Monika, Somin and K.Me.

The full statement mentions: "Hello. It's Zoo Entertainment. We want to sincerely thank the fans who loved BADKIZ for a long time. Due to personal and health reasons, Duna and U-Si have left the group. Currently, BADKIZ is working hard to prepare for the comeback and new album. We will inform you about the new album and the return promotions in a subsequent announcement. We ask for your encouragement and support. Thank you".

On December 1, the official accounts of BADKIZ were edited again with images in which four members appear. Monika, Somin, K.Me and a girl from which ZOO Entertainment has not given any information.

2018: New line-up and new single

Monika on March 19 through a VLive transmission whose title was "Goodbye..안녕 (모니카)" confirmed her departure from the group and that she would continue her solo career, in that same live she revealed that her new song would come out on Wednesday, March 21. A new member called Sol.B was announced and the group came back with Ttak Haru.

In August Sol.B left and Hanbit was unofficially announced as the new member. In September 16, Zoo Entertainment announced K.Me's departure from the group, changing the line-up once again.
