LONG SHOT PARTY was a Japanese six-piece ska band, formed in Sendai, 1998. They debuted in 2000 with the independent mini-album MAKING OURSELF UNDERSTOOD IN OUR SOUNDS. In 2007, they singed with Sony Music Entertainment and made their major debut with the single distance in January 2008. The music distance was used as the second opening theme of the anime NARUTO Shippuuden. The band broke up in 2010, after the last best album release LONG SHOT PARTY.
