"my life" is the second Japanese album released by alan. This was released in two different versions: a CD+DVD edition and a CD only edition. First pressings of either version came with the bonus track "Nada Sousou" cover from "Natsukawa Rimi" same title single. First pressings of the CD+DVD edition came with Special Studio Live Session of "Nada Sousou", "Natsukashii ~longing future~" and Smooth Jam Mix version of "Namida" from her 7th Single "Megumi no Ame". First pressings of the CD only edition came with a 40 pages mini photo book. Copies pre-order from mu-mo online shop came with a calendar poster feature month of July till December 2010. Meanwhile calendar poster from January till June 2010 will come with pre-order copies of her 11th single "Swear". The album title song "my life" feature as the theme songs for the PlayStation Portable game GOD EATER.
