Panic Channel
PANIC☆ch

Panic Channel (パニックちゃんねる) / PANIC☆ch was an indies J-Rock band with two different personas. Panic Channel was the band's heavy and dark visual-kei side, while PANIC☆ch was the band's happy and fun oshare-kei influenced pop rock side. Both personas are pronounced panic channel but are written differently. For releases, a single band can occupy one, or they can both occupy it. It's the same with live performances; by reading tour information you can tell which band plays where. Panic Channel was formed in November of 2002 by ex-Glass drummer MEGURU, and ex-Virtione members Kana and Tara. In March of 2003 Panic Channel debuted PANIC☆ch. The band describes themselves as a "2nd page nature species band". They were signed to the indies label Mission Music Factory, but since the release of the single Father's expression in early 2008 they have been under their own label "PANIC☆ch/パニックちゃんねる".
