Seventeen Club (1985)

Seventeen Club (セブンティーンクラブ) was a three member Idol group in 1985.

Members

Information

Seventeen Club was formed in 1984 after Shizuka, Aki, and Kuniko won the Miss Seventeen Contest. They released their debut single, Su Ki Futari Tomo. After the second single, Shizuka left the group and Seventeen Club remain as a two member group for a year before the group finally broke up.

Shizuka Kudo went on to join the super idol group Onyanko Club and had a successful solo career. Aki Kiyohara went onto another group called BCG and then became a model. Meanwhile, Kuniko Shibata went on to a short-lived solo career in the 90s.
