Asami Lin was previously a model who wanted to become a voice actress. She decided to take up singing instead and became part of Larval Stage Planning. She first appeared on the album LEVEL OCTAVE, singing the song "Lead to the smile" which was used as the opening theme for Toraba.
In March of 2014, she left the group.
