BIRTH is the first of two debut albums released by DaizyStripper, and was released alongside their second debut album LOVE. The album includes three previously released songs: "Trigger" - the first A-side of their second other single "Trigger / STAY GOLD", "Rude Boy" - the B-side to their third single "TRUTH", and "BLACK DROPPer" - the B-side on their self-titled demo. A new arranged version of "Shirochou Ranbu ~White Butterfly~" was later placed in their box set 4D-BOX ~Perfect Visual Archive~ titled "Maboroshi no Shirochou Ranbu ~White Butterfly~". The album reached #51 on the Oricon weekly charts, where it charted for two weeks.
