"BODY SYNDICATE" is dps's eighth single. This is the first single to be not entirely produced by Ijichi Hiromasa as the group parted ways with him before the single's release. The title track was used as an ending theme for the Fuji TV variety show Sho Teki Dasoku Kouza. The single reached #53 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for one week.
