"distance / GIFT" is the seventh single released by Bahashishi. It was the group first single released under FlyingStar Records and also their last one prior their hiatus. The first A-side "distance" was released a week earlier as their third digital single and it was used as ending theme song for the Japanese broadcast of the second season of the series House, M.D.. "GIFT" was used as opening theme song for the TV show Poshure Shinya Department Mise. The single reached #186 Oricon charts and charted for one week.
