"Guarana" is the eighth single released by Sukima Switch. It was released in two versions, a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD Only edition. The title track was used as theme song for the movie Rough. The B-side "Sphere no Hane" was used as theme song for the TV broadcast of the 2006's Summer National High School Baseball Championships. The instrumental track "Pecan Boogie" was used as theme song for the TV show Zoom!! SUPER. The single reached #1 on Oricon charts, and charted for 18 weeks, becoming their first #1 single. The single sold 122,191 copies in 2006 becoming the #86 single of the year.
