Imagine Asia (주식회사 이매진아시아), formerly Wellmade Yedang (웰메이드 예당), is a South Korean entertainment company.

Information
The company was originally founded as Banpo Industries in 1976 and later merged with Star M Entertainment in 2006, becoming a talent agency based on actors and actresses. In 2008, the company name was changed again to Wellmade STARM, joining the music industry with organizing international concerts for famous Korean artists. In 2013, the company acquired the majority shareholders of DreamT Entertainment. In 2014, it merged with Yedang Company to form Wellmade Yedang.
In 2015, the company acquired 39% shares of YMC Entertainment while its subsidiary DreamT Entertainment acquired 41% shares, making the company a majority shareholder after of YMC. The company also acquired BLUE STAR Entertainment in the same year.
In 2016, Wellmade parted with Banana Culture Entertainment (formerly known as Yedang Company) and was renamed to Imagine Asia Co., Ltd.
Under the name Wellmade Film, the company produces movies and dramas.
