"Itoshi no Napolitain" is TRIO THE SHAKiiiN's first and only single. "Itoshi no Napolitain" was used as the theme song for the dorama Kuitan 2. It was released in two versions; a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD only edition. This single reached #3 on the Oricon charts, charted for ten weeks and sold 104,360 copies.
