Koda Kumi Premium DVD was a very limited promotional DVD given away as part of a contest held by the Koikeya snack company, "Koda Kumi Premium Present Campaign". Only 500 copies of the DVD were distributed, and to participate in the contest, one had to attach two tickets found in various snacks to a postcard and send it in. Sending in only one ticket would result in the chance to win a tote bag with the mascot Koda Kuma printed on it and a bundle of snacks. The deadline for sending applications was January 29, 2010.
On side A of the DVD was a special message Kuu recorded for the lucky fans who won it. On side B was a never-before-seen making of video for the single 3 SPLASH.
