"my Transform " is the third single released by Prizmmy☆. It was released in a CD+DVD format only and on the same date as their second single "Dear My Future ~Mirai no Juban e~". The title track was used as the first ending theme song for the anime Pretty Rhythm Dear My Future, while the B-side "Summer day" was used as insert song for the same anime. The single did not chart on Oricon charts.
