"Never Give Up Yeah!" is the third Japanese single released by SHU-I. It was released in three versions: a regular CD-only edition, a limited CD+DVD edition, and a limited CD Only edition (labeled CD) only sold at mu-mo store, SHU-I★SHOP official store and at live events. The first press of the CD+DVD and the regular CD Only edition came with one random of six jacket-sized cards (different sets). The title track was used as opening theme song for the TV show Rank Oukoku. The single reached #10 on Oricon charts, and charted for 2 weeks.
