PEARL is the eighth studio album recorded by Japanese rock band PEARL. Prior to this TAMURA "SHO-TA" NAOMI was working under the band's name as a solo project from 1991 to 1993. At this time she was in the mist of a successful solo career with the best selling N' and MONSTER OF POP albums. She decided to reunited PEARL for the ten year anniversary with an all new line-up. PEARL was released by Primitive Records under the Polydor parent label. The song "Utsuro na Real ~Lay your hands on me,baby~" was later issued as an album-cut single. The album reached #9 on the weekly Oricon chart.
