"Place of Period" is the 14th single released by Isayama Mio, it was released under Frontier Works label after her leave from EMI Music Japan. The title track was used as the theme song for the Nintendo DS game Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kizuna Chapter 2 Sou while the B-side "Hanbun Dake no Ai" is composed by Isayama. The single reached #80 on the Oricon charts and stayed on the chart for two weeks, selling 2,007 copies.
